Frequently Asked Questions
We offer weekly, twice monthly, and once a month clean up services so you can pick the option that works best for you. For frequent walkers, once or twice a month would suffice. For dogs that don’t get out as often though, the weekly option keeps things manageable!
Nope, not necessary. It is helpful to meet for the first visit, not only to put a face to the name, but to clarify entry/exit method and the area to be cleaned (and maybe to meet the dogs!). After that, we ask that the dogs not be left out on scoop days though to avoid the off chance of negative/aggressive reactions that might prolong service rendering.
You’ll receive a notification when we are on our way as well as a gate lock picture when we leave.
Just give us a heads up and we will plan to skip that week, so you aren’t getting billed for when the yard isn’t in use.
